Dr. Killpack has received her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology as well as her M.S. in Organizational Psychology.

She had global consulting experience across many industries, with leading companies in Consulting, Health Care, High Technology, Insurance, Non-Profits and Travel. Outside the office, Dr. Killpack enjoys traveling abroad experiencing other cultures and approaches to life. An avid wine enthusiast, she has amassed a collection of great wines in her travels to wine regions around the world and has developed a palate for Syrah, Zinfandel, Pinot Noir and Reislings. Dr. Killpack also volunteers and makes contributions to local and Cambodian charities. She is also an outdoorsperson who enjoys hiking, camping, kayaking, scuba diving, snowshoeing, yoga and other activities in the sun & rain.
